Antro Clarete 2022
Claret de variedad de criollas tintas de Tupungato. Mínima extracción, vinificación por gravedad, con grano entero, y levaduras indígenas. Con el fin de crear vinos originales y auténticos, que se centran en trasmitir pureza y tipicidad en cada botella. Reflejan calidad e identidad a partir de la selección de parcelas, la viticultura en el terreno y la fecha de cosecha. Normalmente austeros en la entrada de boca y nariz, concentrados y con gran impacto en el retrogusto. Muestran el lado acido, largo, vertical, y ganan mucho con el tiempo. Este Clarete de uvas criollas tintas provenientes de Tupungato, sobre suelos aluvionales sobre piedras con 70% en matriz areno limosa, sin cal. Es un vino fresco, de bajo alcohol, con buen nivel de acidez. Resalta el frescor que se puede lograr en las montañas, con uvas que estaban olvidadas.
