Nace con la esencia del proyecto. Refleja la historia del vino, y de las variedades blancas presentes en la viticultura argentina desde los orígenes. El semillón era el blanco de la casa, con gran adaptación a través del tiempo. Las uvas provienen de viñas muy antiguas de La Consulta, de más de 60 años, con suelos con contenido de limo y conglomerados de calcio. Fermentan con mínima intervención y levaduras indígenas, en contacto con sus pieles. Y tienen lugar a una maceración, en las mismas tinajas de arcilla en las que se vinifican y luego reposan. Se destaca la forma en que muestra el sentido del lugar. Conservando la acidez natural y la tensión.

Semillon was the white wine of the house with great adaptation through time. The grapes come from very old vines from La Consulta (more than 60 years old) with soils containing silt and calcium conglomerates.

They ferment with minimal intervention and indigenous yeasts, in contact with their skins. They are macerated in the same clay jars in which they are vinified and then rested. The way it shows the sense of place stands out, preserving the natural acidity and tension of the grapes.
